How to get
The Chiaia area of Naples is one of the most elegant and prestigious areas of the city, known for its streets full of luxury shops, trendy cafes, refined restaurants and splendid historic buildings. Located along the coast, Chiaia offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
BY CAR
From Rome (North) or Salerno (South):
- Take the A1 motorway if you come from Rome, or the A3 motorway if you come from Salerno.
- Exit at "Napoli - Zona Portuale" and follow the signs for the city centre.
- Continue on Via Reggia di Portici and continue on Via Nuova Marina.
- Turn right onto Via Cristoforo Colombo and continue straight onto Via Ammiraglio Ferdinando Acton.
- Follow the signs for Piazza del Plebiscito and take Via Cesario Console.
- Continue on Via Chiatamone and follow the signs for Lungomare Caracciolo.
- Turn right onto Via Francesco Caracciolo. The Demetra Suites will be located at number 80123.
BY TRAIN
From Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi):
- Take Metro Line 1 (direction Piscinola) and get off at the "Municipio" stop.
- At the exit of the station, head towards Molo Beverello and take a bus on the R3 or 151 line towards "Posillipo" or "Piazza Vittoria".
- Get off at the "Piazza Vittoria" stop and continue on foot along Via Partenope until you reach Via Francesco Caracciolo.
- Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly from the station. The ride will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
- From Naples Central Station - Take metro line 2 (direction Montesanto) and get off at the “Mergellina” stop
BY PLANE
From Naples International Airport (Capodichino):
- Take the Alibus, a shuttle service that connects the airport with the city center, and get off at the "Piazza Municipio" stop.
- From Piazza Municipio, you can follow the directions above to take Metro Line 1 or a bus.
- Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly from the airport. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Additional Notes:
- Parking: If you arrive by car, contact us to book parking at a cost of €25 per day
- Taxi: Taxis are easily available at all arrival points (station, airport) and can be a convenient and fast option for reaching your destination.
